Prime Experiences is a Miami-based yacht experience and event company founded by Jose David Tobon and Juan Sebastian Garcia. For 15 years it has produced private yacht charters, corporate yacht venues, weddings and social celebrations across South Florida and the Bahamas.

Fifteen years of Miami days on the water
Prime Experiences began with two founders who wanted celebrations on the water to feel considered from the first message to the last sunset. What started as private yacht days in Biscayne Bay grew into a broader company serving families, groups and some of the largest brands in the world.

Jose David Tobon and Juan Sebastian Garcia start Prime Experiences in Miami, built around one idea: a day on the water should feel personal, not transactional.

Private charters grow across South Florida. The VIP host model, licensed captains and dedicated crew become the standard on every departure.

Expanding into events
As Miami's corporate calendar grew, the yachts became venues: team outings, executive gatherings, client appreciation days, weddings and milestone celebrations.

Our mission is simple and it has not changed: plan every charter personally, host it with genuine hospitality and pay attention to the details guests remember long after they step off the yacht.

A fleet page is easy to publish. Choosing well is the hard part. Our collection includes private yachts and larger corporate yacht venues from partner owners and operators across Miami, and our team selects from it based on what your day actually needs.
Matched by size and layout
From 40ft sport yachts to 116ft superyachts and wide-beam catamarans. Deck plans and layouts matter as much as length when you are seating a group.
Matched by guest count
Most vessels are configured for up to 13 guests. Our catamarans host up to 42, which makes them the practical choice for larger corporate groups.
Matched by event format
A birthday cruise, a seated client dinner, a sandbar day and a proposal all ask different things of a yacht. We select for the format, not the spec sheet.
