Extras such as catering, beverages, décor, a DJ, jet skis, or water toys are offered as optional upgrades so you only pay for what your group actually wants on board.

Guest capacity is set per yacht and shown on each yacht page. Under U.S. Coast Guard rules, private charter yachts generally carry a maximum of 12 to 13 guests plus crew. Larger groups are usually accommodated by booking a second yacht or by splitting the day into multiple charters.

Yes. Every charter arranged through Prime Experiences is fully crewed with a licensed captain and professional crew. No boating license or experience is required from you, and the crew handles navigation, docking, safety briefings, and hospitality so your group can focus entirely on the day.

Deposits are tiered by yacht size and start at $300, with $500 and $1,000 tiers for larger yachts. The deposit amount for the yacht you select is shown during checkout. Remaining balance is due 7 days before your charter.

Many charters allow guests to bring their own food and beverages, and we also offer catering and bar upgrades if you'd rather have everything handled. Policies can vary by yacht and owner, so confirm with your charter coordinator when you reserve so we can note it for the crew.

Yes. DJs, balloon and floral décor, custom signage, photography, and themed setups are available as upgrades through our curated occasion collections. Choose your yacht first, then add the collection or individual services that fit your celebration, and our team will coordinate the setup with the crew.

Charters depart from marinas in the Miami and Miami Beach area, with the exact departure marina depending on where the yacht you select is berthed. Your confirmed departure location and boarding time are provided by our team once your reservation is finalized.

Yes. We arrange multi-day private yacht trips from Miami to Bahamian destinations including Bimini, Nassau, and the Exumas. These charters are planned individually around the yacht, your dates, your group, and the weather window, and typically run several nights rather than a single day.

Weekends, holidays, and event weekends in Miami book up first, so reserving two to three weeks ahead is a good rule of thumb during peak season. That said, availability changes daily and we regularly accommodate last-minute charters when the right yacht is open.

The captain always has the final call on whether conditions are safe. If a charter cannot go out safely, our team works with you to reschedule for another available date. Specific rescheduling and cancellation terms are confirmed by our team when you reserve your yacht.
