Accessibility Statement

Last updated: August 2026

Our commitment

Prime Experiences is committed to digital accessibility. We believe everyone should be able to browse, explore and book yacht charters on our website, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, screen magnification, voice control or other assistive technology. Accessibility is part of how we design and build, and we are continuously working to improve it.

Accessibility standards we follow

We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA best practices as a guide for our ongoing improvements. This includes work on text and interface contrast, keyboard operation, visible focus indicators, meaningful image alternatives, labelled form fields, logical heading structure, respect for reduced-motion preferences and support for 200% zoom.

We do not use third-party accessibility overlay widgets. Accessibility is implemented directly in the site's markup, styles and components.

Continuous monitoring

  • Automated audits with axe-core and Lighthouse on our main templates.
  • Manual keyboard-only and screen-reader checks on booking flows.
  • Accessibility review of new pages, components and content before release.
  • Prompt remediation of issues reported by guests.

Known limitations

Some third-party content, such as embedded video players and the payment checkout provided by our payment processor, is outside our direct control. We test these components and work with our vendors when we find barriers. If any third-party element prevents you from completing a booking, contact us and we will complete it with you directly.
